Pdf995 is the fast, affordable way to create professional-quality documents in the popular PDF file format. Its easy-to-use interface allows you to create PDF files by simply selecting the "print" command from any application.

MagicDoc is a document scanning, encryption, archiving and retrieval solution suitable for home and business use. It can handle both paper documents and documents that already exist on the computer as electronic files.
With just one mouseclick MagicDoc enables you to scan, encrypt, and save your documents. Each document can be given a Subject for use in the retrieval process. Documents can also be categorised with user-defined types, which makes for better archiving. The text search tool helps you to retrieve Documents within seconds. The native search engine is based on a HASH KEY algoritm which is extremely fast. There is no need to relay on complex SQL engines (which are difficult to install and administer). The query is very easy to write, you just type the words you are looking for, no need for complex AND OR constructs.
As the documents are encrypted, no one will be able to read them.
MagicDoc is so easy to use that no manual is needed. It is Network-Enabled.

With the MagicDocPDF component you can take full advantage of the PDF995 product. After conversion of your document to PDF a window pops up (the MagicDocPDF component). In this window you tell MagicDoc to store the document in its archive or simply save it in your favorite folder. The PDF document can also be Emailed.

With MagicDoc you can also make a CD of all of your stored Documents. A special version of MagicDoc will be copied on the CD. You will be able to view your documents on the CD without any software installation.
